Join us for Four Mile Run Market Sunday Morning Stretch
with yoga instructor Julia P. Valentine (RYT-200).

Wake up gently with an hour of stretching on the floor (or in a chair if you prefer) -- enjoy the benefits of gentle yoga without needing to know any yoga words or names of poses. This class is for everybody!  

We are expecting a gorgeous, crisp fall day -- great for gentle stretching on the porch (if it is too crisp, we will be inside the red building in a heated room)!  Class is held where the temperature is most comfortable: outdoors in the nice weather on the comfortable porch, or inside the heated or cooled red building.

Julia closes class with some amazing samples from the Four Mile Run Farmers Market family of vendors including, whenever available, artisanal bacon from The Fermented Pig, bites of fresh bagels from Baked by Yael, and recently samples of Agape Smoothies.

100% of your donation goes to the Four Mile Run Conservatory Foundation for continued improvements and programs.

What wear: No yoga or work out clothes necessary, just dress comfortably for moving around.
What to bring: Bring a mat or towel & water bottle. (there is a water fountain to refill your bottle). Bathroom: Facilities and water fountain on site.
